Sexual Harassment
Independent legal advice may be required if you or a person you know was a victim of sexual harassment in the workplace, or anywhere.
Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favours and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature, are inexcusable in the workplace, or anywhere.
Shell Lawyers offers our experience and sensitivity in dealing with matters arising from sexual harassment. While nothing truly compensates for any assault on human dignity, Shell Lawyers perseveres where others fear to go.
